Getting Started
How it works
If you've played football before, you already know Play Football Australia — the national registration system everyone uses. Club Hub is West Pymble FC's own system for managing our players, teams and coaches. The two work side by side: Play Football Australia is your national record; Club Hub is your club.
1. Create your account
First, sign in or sign up with your email. This is the same parent/guardian login you'll use every season — separate from your Play Football Australia account, and you'll only need to set it up once.
2. Find & link your players
After signing in, we'll show you any player records the club already holds for your family. Find your child, link them to your account once, and they'll stay linked for every season after — no re-entering details.
3. Register for the season
Once your players are linked, register them for the current season in a couple of taps. Coaches and managers can also be assigned roles to their teams from here.
Already registered with the club before? Your details are safe — just create your Club Hub login with the same email and we'll match you up. You'll still need to complete your playfootball.com.au registration separately.
